When the Foundation was shaped, I saw it as a contemporary vehicle for refining the lives and livelihoods of persons of weaker sections, senior citizens, women and children those in greatest need of assistance in the struggle against illiteracy, poverty and disease.

Navya is not just a foundation for me. It is a means of communicating my gratefulness to the society that has given me so much love and esteem.

In many areas it backs stabilization of the migrating population. I have constantly felt that it is my responsibility to give back to society. While setting up the foundation I encountered a lot of persons who shared my dream for a perfect civilization and desired to convey an actual constructive revolution.

We started by nourishing starved people and now we are focused on refining kids in the slum areas. We are very aware that we need to keep our children engaged in education. If not, then we will drop them back to the dearth rotation which lacking the chances that we make available, will cover our children yet again. We don’t want to let that happen.

As a part of society, it’s our concern. It is a period to change the current situation so that it is beneficial for all. I am certain that with the support of genuine fellows like Navya team members and as a chairman of Navya Foundation, I vow to bring a great transformation in our civilization. Working on education, we are planning that no pupil should drop his schooling because his dropout habit deteriorates him for his entire lifetime. A laborer who makes his source of revenue on everyday basis, before his time of life of 40 years he does not reflect but far ahead he turns out to be feeble and his household grieves from so many difficulties. If by our support, some laborer become skilled and get collared jobs or run their own business, I think, it would be a great achievement for us. Indian wage force (as compared to the manpower of other countries) is considered very cheap in other countries as Indian manpower is considered less qualified and unskilled. It is on us to innovate and educate them so that they can become qualified for such overseas jobs.

Navya Foundation has learnt valuable lessons about serving women and children in distress, taking charge of their lives, protecting their legal rights providing skill training programmes that help women and adolescents find jobs, sending under privileged children to schools, providing them school bags, stationary and their school uniforms.

The Foundation is following-up on movements against child labor, violence against women and girl child, and Protection of the Rights of the Girl Child.

We pray to God to give us the strength and ability to accomplish the responsibilities that we have established for ourselves. These are stimulating eras for NGOs like us – but they are also apt for further meaningful checks and innovative prospects. These periods demand for brave direction led by an ethical compass. We pledge that we will also attempt to better understand the requirements of our public and will be extra tactical in our responses. Management needs that we occasionally stride a few phases in advance to detect impactful plans; that we from time-to-time tread alongside our team to have a improved hold of wherever people are approaching from; and that we from time to time track our sensible team.

The Navya team members are very loyal to the effort of the Foundation.

Navya Foundation endeavors to spread over the information and understanding we have gathered over the ages, and in collaboration with others, everything to resolve the problems that challenge our society at the moment.

I am grateful for the encouragement, support and guidance provided by Mr. Man Mohan Bose, Advocate, High Court, Lucknow Bench, Lucknow to the programmes and to Navya Foundation’s team.

I would like to mention the devotion and passion of the competent team members of Navya Foundation in carrying out the events of the Foundation. I hope that they have their spirits high and continue the decent effort in the times to come. Due to true perseverance of Navya Team the Foundation found itself on a robust position in such a quick duration of period of only two months. This is the mission to which the team members of Navya Foundation commit themselves.
